Maybe college could be cheaper if:
>Colleges didn't have housing and students were forced to find their own housing
>There weren't so many bullshit degrees and courses that require facilities, staff, and resources
>There were no athletic scholarships and sports weren't as much of a concern, perhaps even relegated to divisions outside of the school systems
>People realize that there are alternatives to college
>Colleges set higher standards across the board and don't lower them for any particular groups
