>>2845710>>2845710>Why is most Japanese food made to look good instead of tasting good? It tastes good to our tongues, might not for your taste tho. I have tasted german potatoe ball stuff once but it didn't taste good to my tongue. So it is vice versa.
>Ramen are nice, the freshly cooked ones with lots of ingredients in it, not the instant stuff but I think they are actually ChineseOur food influenced not only from china but also from many other countries too.
Curry from India via England
Castera from portugese
Gyoza, fried rice, ramen and many others from china
meat dishes from europe
It is because we live in far east island, china is in continent so that the chinese were able to get influenced by European diet via silk road trade between India and Europe. China did not develop seasonings too.Our foods are made from all based on natural resources in nature soils and waters. I d say the continental people can more develop food culture than islanders because they can influence culture each other.
Our foods are very related with Buddhism and Shintoism so basically very near to nature itself, in this regard, it can be fresh and natural. You don't like our foods which basically means you don't like fresh food.
