If you really want to know how much black is in you, then get a 23&me test done (Costs a few grand mind you). Blood type won't tell you anything about race though really, odds are you're just a low probability blood type.
If you really are Swedish and you're grandparents were Swedish (not immigrants) then you should be pretty far away from any African decent, because Sweden was one of the places last populated by us (look at human distribution map)
