We need to force people to pay for good and serious anime. This way the industry income would switch from "selling loli fanservice stuff" to "selling serious animu" and more authors/producers would be interested in investing into the latter, thus ditching the entire "5 lolis drink tea after school" genre.
The current rate is that there's usually 1 or 2 "serious" anime per season, and it's a gable whether or not they would turn out decent. Partially they turn into trash due to the budget (see: brynhildr). Partially because they want to be well received in the "slice of life drama comedy loli" industry (see: psycho pass s2).
