She should think over her idea for quite a while before making it. Once you agree upon the cooling off period finish. Later on, subtly hint at the disadvantages of boob surgery without mentioning it specifically. For example, let her overhear a friend of yours talking about how hot and feminine she is. Little things to sway her without telling her directly or mentioning boobs. Just my opinion though. You can talk her out of it, but you have to make her believe that it was her talking herself out of it. Not easy mate
