btw, i can almost guarantee, those romanians are gypsies, not actual romanians. and having unwalkable districts isn't normal, not for european countries. in veliko tarnovo, i'd feel 100% safe walking drunk through every neighbourhood at 11 PM. and that's because that town has no minorities. that's the normal state of affairs for european countries. seriously anon, avoid those neighbourhoods and try to get those people kicked out.
it's not normal to have zones where you can't go in your own home town. trust me. this was never normal.
