I've considered moving there as well, here is some tips I've discovered from my research.
Its not as expensive to live there as it is for tourists (since they will mostly eat out, drink booze and go on lots of guided tours at extortionate prices), but especially for someone coming from Turkey, it sure ain't cheap. Be prepared to not be eating out very much other than for pylsur (hot dogs), which typically tend to be the cheaper option. Avoid alcohol where you can - The government has a monopoly on it, so either pay loads at the ríkið or even more at the bar itself.
It isn't as racist as much of Europe, and the place is still almost 98% white, so you will probably be accepted by the locals, PROVIDING you at least make the effort to learn Icelandic. (It's not easy, but far from impossible) However, anti-immigrant (Mainly Anti-Muslim) sentiment is on the rise.
Don't expect much in the way of fresh fruit and veg. It mainly has to be imported, and therefore is also quite costly. What they lack for in this department they make up for in the best lamb, dairy and fish the world has to offer.
Getting in isn't easy for Turkish citizens though. You will ideally need a skill that they are looking for.
Protip: Learn computer programming. It is a known way to get accepted into the country, as they are always looking for individuals in this field.
Overall, it is a wonderful country, probably one of the best in the world in many ways, but it isn't perfect, and it does come at a bit of a price. Providing you do what you can to assimilate, you shouldn't have too many issues.
