You still need to delete the old drivers. You'll find them in a folder called System32 - just delete the whole thing.

My cases front panel connectors and my mobos 3.0 USB ports at the bottom and 2 normal usbs up near the PS/2. It's a Asrock B250 M-HDV

Do you know how to enter into your system bios? Look for a screen that shows up briefly during startup with keys to press that bring you to bios.
