Can't move. Have a lease on an apartment. Gf is too tied up with her family. Maybe in 15-20 years if I haven't died from my already mild chest pains. It's nice here anyways. I've been across the country and this place has the least depressing news stories where homicide and shit isn't every other story.

Can't travel. I have no savings and can only get seven days off of work at a time, though it's no guarantee as the discussion is made 3 weeks beforehand. I don't know where I'd travel to. If I was in my late teens, I'd say Asia, but the wonder hasn't stayed with me.

7.15 make it into the office, eat shit til about

Me 1.5 years ago:

9.00 wake up
10.30 martial arts or the gym
13.30 at home, do my part time freelance
16.30 "official" work from home job starts, need to jump on a conference to do 15 minutes of work three times during an 8 hour stretch, during which I do side-work, shitpost, listen to music
if done by 19.00, to go yoga/pilates class or the gym
if done by 21.00 go for a drink with friends
rarely if ever work past 22.00
rinse n repeat

Today
0800 wake up
0820 take a shit
0830 take a shower
0850 leave for work
0915 get there (on foot)
1630 leave work
1700 get home
1730 get shit done, freelance
2000 teach martial arts
2200 go home, have a beer, sleep.

Pretty comfy desu, I'm changing jobs in december so it'll be interesting to see how it pans out.

I did a few courses in the army about counters punches and kicks but that was very light.
It would be for a practical use, probably never to be used but enough to know that you could effectively defend yourself or someone else.
I'm pretty fit but also very light (65kg for 1m75), I can do 20 pull-ups easily but I doubt that would be useful against someone 90/100 kg
I had my front teeth replaced which is why I'm not sure I should do boxing, which would have been my first choice otherwise for the quick reaction and character growing aspect of it.
And I honestly don't expect to like it too much, it's more about a feeling that I should do it.
