From my experience, the latter are usually not as quick to anger as the less capable ones, although there were instances of those too. It really does not depend on intelligence, but on character. And character is not dependant on intelligence either, there just are some types of character people more and less intelligent are more likely to have. There is not really a strict rule for that, as with most things in psychology.
