If we as humans (and we have) can use body fat as fuel why isn't the new big event? I know a man used water as fuel and was shunned by big oil/government, but why couldn't they buy it? If we could use bodyfat as fuel the liposuction companies could make deals with the fuel companies.People could become rich by their gluttony! Please explain the reason why body fat isn't used for energy.
