When i started lifting i changed my diet to include lots of "healthy" food (almost vegetarian) and drank soy milk everyday. This went on for over a year, the first month i had noob gains but then the gains weren't noticeable anymore if there were any at all.

no this actually happened, i'm planing on starting again but i'm in debt and gym memberships are expensive as hell. I'm eating meat like mad now, fuck the animals, the only animal worth keeping around are german shepards and dachshunde.

good luck. that stuff gets really rough. just try and stay calm through it and make the most of the interactions you have left. it can be pretty difficult with the circumstances though. things will probably pick up after some time passes.

could be worse though for me i guess but i can relate that what you're going through is heavily draining.

Sorry about your dad & gf.
I haven't really had a full on breakdown yet but I feel close sometimes, it's kinda crazy how things can be pretty normal and according to plan one moment and then 50+ types of shit start happening all at the same time. Makes you lose your grip.
I actually got my mom's blessing to move on and pick up where I left off (leaving town etc) so I spose there's some light at the end of the tunnel. Still hurts
