There's a fairly large air force base in Hampton, VA (southeast virginia) called Langley and cia headquarters called Langley that's in falls church (northern virginia). If they landed at Langley air force base that would make sense because naval base norfolk is right there along with some marine training bases. MEUs get deployed on ships and can and do get flown around, also.
I'd say this is a nothingburger unless the MEU deployed to CIA HQ in Falls Church which is a major DC suburb with a big civilian population and no immediately apparent reason for an entire MEU to deploy there. There are tons of reasons for an MEU to land at Langley AFB.
An MEU is a very large force that consists of not just the fighting forces but the logistics groups as well. That's a hell of a big force running through Falls Church without anyone noticing.
Military groups land at Langley AFB all the time coming back from Africa. They stay confined to the base for a week or two to make sure they're not bringing any crazy African diseases back to the states. They are required to be checked and rechecked to ensure that all the vehicles are thoroughly scrubbed so even the wheel wells of any vehicles don't have dirt caked on them. That all happens at Langley AFB if it can't, for whatever reason, happen in the foreign country they were in and then brought back on ships. But yeah. Nothingburger.
