I used to be a heroin addict. I would stay high for weeks straight and one of the side effects of doing too much dope is you get extremely constipated. The second you allow yourself to come down to a normal level you gotta shit really fucking bad. The turds are packed and dense too. I had some that wouldn't fit down the fuckin' drain and I literally had to use something to break them apart. Sometimes these things would come out streaked in blood as they tore my asshole.
