Controls the entire (color)pill spectrum. Can embed capsules into the skin of himself, allies, and enemies to give their body and psyche certain traits. Can apply multiple pills to the same body, as well as multiple instances of the same pill. The effects of pill stacking are multiplicative, and can lead to overdose after stacking more than 10 of the same pill. Overdose is always fatal unless the pills are forcibly removed by an enemy stand, but the fatal effects do not set in until exactly 3 minutes after application of the final pill. Overdose effects are far greater than anything within preferred dosages. This can be used as a last ditch eye-for-an-eye tactic.
Redpill - Provides unequivocal knowledge of all nearby people and stands to the recipient.
Bluepill - Forces recipient to have delusions of grandeur, believe falsehoods, and at higher doses be unresponsive to outward stimuli.
Purplepill - Provides one truth and one lie to the recipient, both being hard to differentiate from each other. Cannot overdose on this pill.
Ironpill - Recipient's strength increases fivefold for each use.
Blackpill - Forces an overbearing feeling of hopelessness and self doubt on the recipient.
