Also, how do you define "smart"?
Make everybody undergo extensive IQ tests (Also, at at which IQ would one be considered "dumb" or "smart"? And at what age? IQ decreases over time as it is calculated in relation to one's age.)
Or do you determine the difference by looking at their social status and income? Money doesn't make one intelligent, especially the heirs of people who became rich on their own have a tendency to become not only morally retarded because they were spoiled as a kid, but may also be actually stupid should their parents have failed in providing them proper education despite their wealth.
I understand the idea but like communism maybe we should just let it stay an idea.
