MJ fan here. Became one out of curiousity after how much my mom tried to ban him in our house because of the supposed issues with him.
From a totally objective standpoint, it's very clear he was a fucking wacko. However, this can be EASILY drawn back to his abusive childhood in the Jackson 5, and he was very clearly never allowed to have a childhood. If you look at the Neverland Ranch and see all the ridiculous things around, you can tell that was his way of trying to make up for lost time. In a way, I can't help but wonder if he was bringing kids out there just to see what kids played like to see what he was missing.
I think he did a lot of very creepy, very wrong things like sleeping in the same bed as kids. I think he was very sick in the head, and just needed a way to vent it, and I think if things continued they could get dangerous. I don't believe for a second that he touched or raped any kids, though. I think he just had a really fucked up coping mechanism.
