Egalitarian Anarchism is an oxymoron. Individuals are radically different in competence, ability and temperament, yet you're proposing that the society will align itself upon egalitarian lines despite the extreme inequalities that naturally manifest among human beings and the complete absence of a state or authority to rectify those inequalities.
All anarchy inevitably devolves into authoritarianism with extreme speed because there's neither a structure in place to prevent the strong from assuming control, and there's zero incentive for them not to and overwhelming incentive for them to. Which is why Stalinism- or more accurately state capitalism, reared its head whenever communism is attempted, because the stateless anarcho-communism Marx envisioned is literally impossible while Stalinism (which is often dismissed as "not real communism") is the constant result whenever this idealized communism is attempted.
