I eat next to no fiber, 30 lbs of meat a week, and my shit is perfect. Im also 200 lbs of lean muscle and I dont even lift.

It is common sense. Good quality meat is the best thing for us, all of the real science tells us this. In fact its very common for vegan parents to come in to the hospital with their sick vegan kids and the doctors tell them the cure is animal fats and proteins.
