An Ubermensch is someone who contributes to society in a meaningful manner, attempts to better himself in any way he finds suit, aswell as others, and is not a degenerate. (Degenerate being flaunting your sexuality, refusing to work, refusing to better yourself, and trying to bring others down to your level.)
An Untermensch is someone who refuses to work, who demeans society in horrid manners, and who does not care about the well being of culture, community, and others around them. An Untermensch flaunts meaningless titles, and insists that everyone change to fit how they want to live. An untermensch may work hard, but if it is only to bring others down, then they are still an Untermensch.
Ubermensch, in my opinion, does not pertain to a particular race, sexuality, or country. Being an Ubermensch is more of a lifestyle.
A black man can contribute to society. He can work hard, get a good job, provides for his loving family, and cares about his community. He makes sure that he has a positive impact on the people around him, and constantly works to improve himself. He is a black ubermensch.
A white man can refuse to work, and tries to change the people around him for the worse. Instead of improving himself, he insists that everyone else comes down to his level in order to make him feel less insubordinate. He is a white untermensch.
A gay man can keep his sexuality private, refuse to flaunt it, and go to work like a normal person. A gay ubermensch can not be known to be gay unless he specifically says so.
And that, in my opinion, is the difference between an Ubermensch and an Untermensch.
