>>3066101Yeah they're on the wanikani stuff, I've not done much outside of that only really started doing anki as well the last few days. The mnemonics are certainly helpful, but I kind of just that's how I get it in there in the first place then I just remember it afterwards, and these three have thrown a spanner in the works evidently. Personal association is the absolute best way to remember shit though, instantly memorised mou when that came up on anki for obvious reasons.
Also that reminds me of a sligtly amusing tale: so last night I thought to myself "I'm going to try and attempt to put down what I hear for: "my drill is the drill that creates the heavens" in google translate. It gave me back "this is my dictionary." I mean it doesn't help that I didn't put drill in katakana or anything, but still I find that rather amusing.
And trust me, I will never fucking go to the gym. If I ever wanted to pick up basketball casually I'd start running, archery isn't exactly taxing if I ever want to pick that up again, the most likely form of exerice other than walking I'd pick up would be learning to dance but idk, and I doubt the gym would be of particular help there. Gym a shit, I am a stubborn man.
