>>3053551Isopropanol is allegedly dangerous to drink but everything I've read about it suggests that it may be less dangerous than ethanol. It's metabolized to acetone which is not very toxic. The major concern would be that there are additional chemicals in the solution that may be toxic.
I still wouldn't drink isopropyl alcohol myself. I've been desperate for a drink when all the liquor stores are closed before and I just toughed it out instead of drinking things that have alcohol in them. It will do you some good to take a break from it, even though it's going to suck at first if you're a heavy drinker.
