Socialism is not stable within the minority or even slight majority margins of an international world, because it is vulnerable to the whims and influence of trade with predatory market forces.
At present, every nation should have a base social safety net, or be frantically acquiring it.
After healthcare, emergency services, education, law, social security, sustenance, defense, etc. are socialized within each individual country, only cultural differences will divide the international community from universal socialized services, and eventually market forces will no longer threaten humane ideals.
