Alright, no-fap is excellent if you really need to fix dangerous habits such as porn addiction, especially if it led to progressively sicker fetishes or worse erectile dysfunction. Improvement such as more focus on your daily tasks and such can be achieved by limiting yourself to an healthy amount of sessions like once a week.
Personally i had a 3 months no-fap/no-porn, experienced an amazing energy and libido boost and now i switched to no-porn, choking the duck before going to bed. Haven't lost much of the drive i've gained in the past months.
