To join, type in:

>color
>starting location

Game starts when 3 players have joined.

Clarification of a rule: A capital is conquered by surrounding it, not filling it.

Remember to add your bonuses to your name, as I am not arsed to count it for you. If you don't put it in your name, it will not be counted.
