Poisoning via CO has some funky mechanics- particles of CO attaches themselfs to red cells in your blood making them unable to transfer oxygen to your organs. At first you will feel sleepy due to lack of oxygen in your blood, then you fall asleep and eventually die if not rescued really fast.
