They don't really have to be all that bright and think about why they are better than other people. They just live life experiencing their superiority and have no need for the sort of introspection beta males have.
This is why in my experiance, the high school chads end up in blue collar jobs. The late bloomer college ones do much better.
In short, Chad's are intrinsically redpilled and have the luxury of not having to think about it too much.
