The algorithmic complexity is going to become rather trivial in the next decade (DCNN etc)
So I think they would vary based on how complex they are mechanically. Maybe something like the price of a current_year low class car (like vw polo) up to the price of elite supercars.
I think we are just going to solve women. They are so primitive and emotion driven and there's so little logic in them you can basically random() yourself a realistic snapshot of a woman.
Everyone in the world realize how dumb and useless they are, but we also realize that we can't drop them because they're the only way the mankind can reproduce. If we solve the reproduction issue we would already be able to dismiss women to the level of dogs basically.
And the other way around, if we solve the "im so crazy so random xdxdxdxd i want to cuddle and romance" kinda behavior we'll be able to turn them into literal reproduction machines as their other functions would be replaced with better ones.
