2. Try drinking fresh orange - I find my brain doesn't want alcohol and fresh orange at the same time (anti-trigger)
3. If you drink because you're bored, occupy yourself with something you can't do drunk - e.g:- something that needs concentration
4. Set yourself a goal of going 3 days without booze, keep a log of how uncomfortable it feels, and when you can do that, try only drinking twice a week - don't fight the discomfort, just write it down
