I don't think there is any question that OP has accurately described her as a woman. There is no doubt that this creature has begun to generate and slough off placentae.
The subject has a narrow shoulder width in relation to her head, which can be an indication of youth, but in this case, I do not think it is so.
Whatever her age, she is presenting as not only sexually viable, but sexually excited, as per the rouge in her lips and cheeks.
In my estimation, this beautiful animal is 22 years old.
