Make characters that your either supposed to love or hate, or both, you just need to know what they are (don't change your mind half way through unless they have a "sudden" realization or something like that you autist).
Give your world lore or explanation, because why the fuck would the person watching give a shit about the world if they aren't invested.
Good animation; if your animation looks like a donkey's ass and it isn't on purpose, your going to have problems
Now, forward this to all the chinks writing shitty manga that keep getting turned into animes, because a lot of them lack these things
