>>315771The most realistic way would be to form a common union with those members, allow free flow of gods, services and people between the states, have a common language from trade/communication and enact tariffs on foreign goods. After that you should aim heavily on the cultural front, have the UK produce the entertainment that the other states would consume and have a common defense strategy with the UK in the center.
Basically be the US but with tariffs on other countries' goods.
