Mexicans usually have more pride in our culture, so if you don't speak Spanish and can't tell by the accent, you can tell by the way most Mexicans express themselves about their culture, the way they dress or the tattoos, even if they're not in a gang, usually Mexicans like tattoos or clothing that represents Mexican culture, look for Aztec calendars, Mariachis, day of the death skulls, wrestlers, etc. Puerto Ricans are usually just brown guys with big sunglasses.
