Maybe it won't become such advanced that quickly, but it will happen eventually, given that we won't kill ourselves beforehand. The limit you are talking about isn't stopping that anyway, efficiency is not the same as effectivity, functionality. While the first one has some limit (that is hit rarely, only in very basic programmes, due to humans being... well, humans), the second one is limitless. Think of it that way: efficiency is making stuff less complicated, surely it can't go to negatives, so it has some limit. Yet functionality is adding more to the thing, it can go endlessly, as long as we have enough computing power, time and knowledge.
