I work as a cashier. For the fun of it, I like to speak in a clearly fake Slavic accent (think like Hollywood stereotype but diluted just a bit as to be more easily understandable) to customers.

Very often, people will ask me where I'm from. When I reply in my normal voice, they're surprised that the accent was fake. They actually believed I'm from Russia or something.

God these Amerikanski are so fucking gullible.
