We do have some sort of nostalgia towards the 90-s, because it was the Russia's Wild West. Complete freedom, you know?
Now it's definitely WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better. It slowly becomes better year by year, despite everything. But one must have a perspective of 20+ years to see that.
