Police constantly pull bodies out of bushes close to the jump location. But more often than not they'll find corpses resting on the bottom. Rarely due to the water quality being so shitty around here. Most of them use cinder blocks to anchor them to the bottom and with all that extra weight the impact on the water usually knocks them out pretty instantly. Relatively painless death, if you do it right.
