Never smoke consecutive days. If you have stuff you desperately need to do and low motivation for those things, don't smoke at all. Smoke at the end of the day, smoke on weekends.

Just don't become a chronic everyday smoker, you'll turn into a loser within a month and not even realise it. You'll angrily defend it to others, like some faggot probably will do in response to this post
