Played through Gunvolt again, also learnt that there's a good ending so that's something for me to go for when I feel like finding stuff in the levels, fun game, really fun to just blast through it in a couple hours; played some Extreme 2 which was fun if a bit easy for the most part, I also learnt how trash I was last time I played it jesus christ; and played a stage of Mega Man 1 and then got frustrated at bottomless pits, and ya know, closed the emulator.
Median XL, and D2 in general is probaly something I should give a shot since I had a tonne of fun with D3 which is apparently vastly inferior to D2 or something like that.
