Originally OHD was intended to merely keep the weebs and depressed manchildren docile in order to quell any civil unrest. However, it’s operative have now begun to clone numerous generations of Yuuka’s, using the code word “Happy Day” in order to activate numerous sleeper cells they have placed throughout the world.
Notice how concerned each generation of Yuuka clone is when a recurring Brazil anon isn’t found in her threads. This is because Brazil anon is one of the operations most loyal cells, possessing the highest kill count in the whole operation.
