Now you might be tempted to say "this is just a horrifically low effort recolor of Spurdo", but you would be dead wrong. In fact, Spurdo and Perdo are nothing like each other at all.
First of all, Perdo is blue with a brown fringe while Spurdo is just brown.
Spurdo's jowls are light tan, whereas Perdo's are grey with a light tan fringe.
Spurdo says 'benis' a lot. Perdo, instead says 'wenis'.
