I drink kombucha, take probiotics, and eat raw cottage cheese daily for a few months.

Yes. Eating raw meat is the best, but its boring and pretty disgusting. second best is eating a strict keto diet. Basically sewer water that's sold as a health drink. Gut flora composition and proportions change as the day goes by so it's a really disgusting way to change it to what you want.

You could just eat hot wings and shit tons of celery and carrots and get better results. Might get fat from it, but that's what exercise is for.

Nearly all night shades cause bloating and indigestion.

The only night shades I eat now are for seasoning, like chili pepper infusion or tomato sun dried for flavor.

My acid reflux is gone and i have tons more energy... all this time I thought it was coffee or milk... it was fuckin nightshades.

It's tea, fermented for a while. Typically carbonated to make it more enjoyable (easily done by adding some sugar after fermentation and sealing the container). Historically, it was a semi-common beverage in Russia and Asia, also known as tea kvas. Kombucha is taken from Japanese for whatever stupid trend reasons, cha meaning tea.

The bacteria forms a weird pancake on top of your kombucha which looks pretty gross, but you can harmlessly pull it out like a mother of vinegar.

I watched a friend of mine douse his french fries in ketchup and then vomit 30 minutes later... he did this often.

I simply removed tomato sauce or tomatoes from my diet, along with potatoes, beans, soybean heavy products.

I drink orange juice fine... no acid reflux. milk, no acid reflux, coffee, no acid reflux.

I 99.9999 believe night shades, corn and soy / legumes are what's killing us.

It's all cheap food, garbage tier food that farmers feed their fuckin pigs but somehow people think it;s healthy.

The fact that so many people think corn is a vegetable shows the ignorance to what they are eating.

It's definitely linked in rats, since they show unique behavior when raised in laboratory conditions to avoid introducing any new bacteria. Their behavior changes somewhat depending on what bacteria is introduced. You can probably see why this would be an issue in human trials.

Two things I've noticed about the USA that don't seem to be true in Australia. (Australia being a highly Americanized and similar culture.)

*Constant TV ads for acid reflux medication. If these reflect rates of acid reflux in the American population, which one could assume they do, you guys have way way more acid reflux than we do.

*Diarrhea and sharting. I've never got the runs from eating any kind of fast food in Australia, I don't hear about other people getting it. The only time you might expect to get it is if you got Indian food with above average levels of fecal matter in it.
I have never heard of anyone publicly sharting in Australia, let alone being seen to have sharted.

Rats use bacteria to ferment food in their gut for nutrtion, humans do not, there is not going to be a significant effect on humans because they only provide some minerals.

The only other claim I've read is that some bacteria will produce or correlate with neurotransmitter release or production in the intestine and somehow this is going to magically change your neurology. Which is ridiculous given even if it did have an effect it would only be mild and temporary.

Yes but it is another standard to prove bacteria (significantly) effect them. The only bacteria that can survive in your stomach is h. pylori and maybe one species of urease producing yeast (and even them may only be successful in cohabitation with the former) so anything to do with the stomach can be safely ignored in healthy cases.

Free will was necessary as a concept to justify punishment and also it improves behavior in low int people. We can justify it on the basis of inheritable behavior and vengeance being a desirable trait these days though I suppose. Super computer wouldn't be 100% because of quantum randomness I think.

The uncertainty principle only works because it's just a way of calculating the probability of where something we can't detect might be. Same as if you couldn't bserve a marble rolling in a room but were sufficiently equipped to calculate where it might be at any given time.
Uncertainty principle however literally says that it's not that we can't observe the particle at any given time, it just literally doesn't exist until it's detected. Give it 10 or 20 years and pilot wave will be the dominant theory and all this uncertainty bullshit is going to be the biggest blunder in science for centuries
