about 2 months ago i was having a somewhat normal dream until at one point i entered a room with a kid holding up cross.
wasnt that scared or anything i just felt unsettled and wanted to wake up
i did...partially
i wasnt dreaming anymore but i couldn't move at all, not even my half-open eyes. it was early morning so i just vaguely saw the ceiling when this pitch-black figure appeared over me. at first i thought it was just my dad and wasn't too scared or worried yet. then i realized it can't be because i moved out recently and lived alone.
then it hit me (not literally). i tried screaming but best i could do was a faint squeal. i was completely paralysed for about 5 seconds.
longest seconds of my life.. after that i woke up fully and the dark shape was gone
