But, start working an entry level job. If you are smart, you will have opportunities to move up. You need to be clearly more diligent, intelligent, and hardworking than those around you. You also need to be working for a somewhat competent manager. But in large/medium sized companies, you will (should be) noticeably outperforming your coworkers. You should be able to get two promotions within 30 months.
