There wouldn't be a second war, the Soviet Union would still exist but they'd be at peace with the German Empire since they sent troops to defeat the White Army and help the Reds, the US government would realize that interventionism is a silly idea and wouldn't stage any coups in democratic nations, no Cold War because WW2 didn't happen due to the US-Soviet influence in Europe, Iran wouldn't become a western puppet and then an Islamic theocracy because of CIA interference, Kurdistan would be its own nation from North Iraq to South Armenia, and no Israel would exist to cause cancer to the world.
I personally wish that was our timeline. The world would've been so much better, even for US civilians since our tax dollars wouldn't be wasted on a bloated military budget.
