First I'll demand that instead of a desk in the open office I need a private office. Once they cuck on that, which they ALWAYS have, I'll use that as a jumping point to just start demanding more until they say they can't do that or push back. Starting with 20% more than the high end of market values for my salary, 8 weeks vacation, extra profit sharing/stock, an assistant, etc I'll just keep pushing until they push back. If you can get them to cuck on the office space you can get them to cuck on anything.
