Once again Hollywood shows they have no idea how to properly represent Asian people. The first main Asian star wars character, Rose Tico, played by Asian American actress Kelly Marie Tran, falls in love and kisses Finn a black man. This was extremely distressing to me as it shows Hollywood is still trying to push race mixing onto Asian women, this is no better then the countless white male/Asian female couples that already exist in TV and movies which teach young Asian females to date outside of their race. Was it so hard for Disney to add a strong male Asian character for her to fall in love with. What are your guy's thoughts on this?
