>>3327062I don't see him on here that often anymore, but he keeps posting the same threads on nineball daily.
He was pretty entertaining back when he was posting that thermos thing, and had things to say about Russia, but now it's just reddit and Cirno.
Maybe he's going mad? Or maybe he's just pulling a longer, more dedicated joke.
>>3327087PD was too serious, yeah. You can't forge yourself an identity like that, the board has to decide to allow you one.
The thing about recurring random chitchat threads is that at the moment most of /bant/ could count as one big such community. You can maintain a discussion accross threads.
Also, the posters you list I'm not really a fan of either. They're like paintings on the walls of the /bant/ house, you look, you comment, but they don't really do much anything else but stand there and take up space.
>>3327466The actual reason I made this thread for is because I want /bant/ to maintain memory.
There is no one on current /b/ who can first remember the actual 'old /b/' and second demonstrate that they do remember and aren't just making shit up.
It's not to elevate people to snowflake status, it's more that "/bant/ was always shit" shouldn't become an accepted truth. It's been fun up to now.
>>3327131I don't think he was referring to the specific thread. I was thinking of something in the style of the waifu threads on current /b/, go see how separate and out of place the threads and community are. Almost like the kpop threads here.
The style of being separate from the rest of the board, it's not great.
>>3327483. . . .
It was kind of early on. That name at least wasn't used.
You don't seem like them to me, maybe I remember wrong.
You don't need to take on that reputation.
>>3327584I guess.
>>3327569No, since he's still around.
