You're right, she wouldn't technically be Aryan, since fantasy worlds with different histories and laws of physics. Before anyone argues the one movie, where Amestris is a dimensional barrier away from Germany, nothing except Brotherhood is canon. But even so, their leader is called Fuhrer, so pretty damn close.
