How to fight insomnia? It really drives me crazy.
A month ago I had very hard insomnia I couldn't sleep at night and barely slept at day. Then I returned to the normal mode and after a few weeks my schedule broke again and day by day it's only getting worse, a few days ago i was going bed at 5-6 AM, yesterday I couldn't sleep till 10 AM and waked up at 3 PM. Now it's almost 5 AM and I don't wanna sleep at all, again I won't sleep till 10-11 AM. it's fucking annoying.
What do?
